Training Methodology

Objective

Each student will be trained in a way that he can start in a Gen project immediately after the training.
Therefore the student will get very much practical experience and skills (90%) after the presentation of the theory (10%).

Training programme

You may choose a standard training or tailor the programme to the topics the student needs to know immediately after the training.

Execution of the programme

All courses can be delivered to
- groups in a class room
- individual students with a live trainer using on line facilities .

Trainer

From the start students will have to learn to develop according the best practices. Therefore each student will always be under direct control of a trainer. The trainer will present the theory topics and Gen demonstration live. He will tell the student which exercises/tasks to do. After completion of an exercise he will discuss the result.

Language

The training can be delivered in English, German, French and Dutch.
