Training Delivery

The Gen training can be delivered in two ways:
 
1. Group Training 
This is the traditional way to attend a training: a group of students and a trainer in a class room. The training is always presented using the Gen version and the technical environment of the customer. Therefore the training is delivered at the client's site.

2. Individual Training Live - Online 
In case only one or a few students need to be trained, this is the best way to train students fast and cost efficient in a high quality way. The training takes place in a similar way as the group training. The diference is that the trainer and the student(s) work from their own desk.
 

In both ways all attendees are trained in a way that they can participate in a Gen project immediately after completion of the training. Therefore the students will get many handson exercises (90%) after the presentation of the theory topics (10%).
